Why do I choose to work at Gourmet? I work at Gourmet because I enjoy the interaction with customers and providing them with excellent service. I enjoy getting to know customers personally and learning about their occupation and/or business. Gourmet is a fun and rewarding place to work. From office to warehouse, service, and delivery, we all work together to be a better team.
Why are customers important? The customer is important because, like any business, we need you in order to sustain and grow our business. In day to day interactions, customers provide me with important information that helps me better serve their needs and improve our service. Customer feedback is vital to our business.

Why are customers important? Customer are the lifeblood of a business. Getting new customers is hard. Keeping them is critical. Only customer service that exceeds expectations will suffice.
