Sometimes, the world seems like a very big place and it is easy to forget that  everything and everyone is connected.  Without the environment, we wouldn't have many products to sell...no coffee and no sugar would mean no you!  So, we have started looking at the impact we are having on the environment and making changes, some big, some small, to how we do business.  Some of Green Initiatives currently underway include:


Recycling of all clear pallet wrap
Recycling of all cardboard boxes
Recycling of all office papers
Recycling of aluminum pop cans from our office
Duplex printing of documents where possible
All Gourmet Coffee Specialists staff have been given a stainless steel travel coffee mug and water bottle for their use
Socially conscious coffees
Environmentally aware coffees and teas


We are currently are working on the following  Green Initiatives:

Environmentally friendly cleaning products for use internally, externally at customer sites and for purchase by our customers
Creating a Green Dictionary so customers can understand the different terms used regarding environmentally and socialy concious products
