For generations, the Fiallos family has been growing some of Nicaragua's most interesting coffees on their celebrated farm, La Union.  The farm's attention to detail during cultivation, harvesting and processing consistently produces coffee that is flavourful and rich with delicate nuances.  Reunion Island purchases this coffee directly from the growers to ensure that the farm receives the full value for their crop and can continue to lead their community as a responsible employer.

A custom medium roast recipe was developed for this coffee to bring out hints of citrus and roasted hazelnut for the ultimate balance of sweetness in the cup.
